Owners Kip Wood and Fritzi Horstman started Taj Taj in 2004 after a trip to India ignited their passion for gemstones and gold. At first importing designs from Jaipur, Taj Taj soon branched out on its own, feeling the artistic pull to do its own thing. Now known for its intricate wire work, beautiful stones, and Irish linen use, Taj Taj has developed a loyal following with customers who care about handcrafted jewelry made with detail, attention and love.

Taj Taj is based in Venice, California, at the home studio of Kip and Fritzi and their young son Conrad.
